ABOUT US

LSU Alumni of Central Florida, Inc. is dedicated to raising funds for scholarship and future alumni programming to assist students in the Central Florida Community in completing a degree at LSU. We strive to create a lifelong community of alumni and friends through meaningful engagement to increase awareness, pride, participation, volunteer involvement and commitment to our community and to Louisiana State University.

 

We are proud to have raised over $140,000 for our scholarship fund during recent years. This fund provides Flagship Scholarship(s) to deserving students each year and will continue to do so in perpetuity. The Flagship Scholarship fund provides Full Tuition Paid Scholarships each and every year going forward to local Central Florida High School Students who meet the academic requirements. The typical student who qualifies for the Flagship Scholarship will most likely receive other additional scholarship funding through the various LSU foundations in their Freshman year and beyond if they maintain the required GPA.

 

We are not stopping here.  We will continue our mission to raise funds to provide scholarships for students right here in our community.  With the help of our local alumni, fans, friends, and generous business supporters, we can add additional scholarships.

friends, the LSU Alumni of Central Florida has

While our primary focus is to raise funds for

our Endowment fund, we don’t stop there in

promoting LSU! Our chapter is busy year-round

recruiting area high school students at individual

school college nights and at area college fairs.
