The Annual Crawfish Boil Fundraiser is our most anticipated activity every year. We offer LOTS of large, hot and spicy Louisiana crawfish with potatoes and corn (of course) and plenty of beer, soda and water to wash it all down.
Family and Friends are welcome! We've even got the kids covered with hot dogs! So round up a group of friends (we welcome members, non-members, adults, kids... ) and join us for our Annual Crawfish Boil and be prepared to pass a good time!

- Free - Each child attending will receive a ticket for a hot dog.

The crawfish boil is one of the biggest events hosted throughout the year to help fund the scholarship and keep the LSU tradition alive. An important focus of the Central Florida LSU Chapter is raising funds for scholarship endowments with the LSU Alumni Association in Baton Rouge. We are currently working to fully fund a $20,000 scholarship endowment. As of March 2011 we have raised about $15,000. In order for us to reach our goal we need your help. Our chapter currently provides $500 each semester for the freshman year to a worthy central Florida recipient selected by our board.
Help keep the traditions you experienced at LSU alive by participating in your Central Florida Alumni Chapter so future generations can experience the greatness that is LSU!
The Quad, The Indian Mounds, Tiger Stadium, Alex Box, Maravich Assembly Center, late nights at Middleton Library, early mornings at Louie's café, and the stumble-run over the roots of the LSU Oak trees…..bring back fond memories? Pass them on!
 
 
Good friends, great food, games, crawfish races and your child can even have their picture taken with Clovis the Crawfish!
Raffles: We will have a regular raffle but this year have added kids only and members only raffle items. So if you want a chance to get some really cool items, don't forget to become a member.
Auctions: Live and Silent Auction! We'll have lots of great items to bid on and all money raised goes to our scholarship fund. Some of last year's items include:
